Our Products have been tested on dogs that pull on a lead, but please be aware that no dog harness or lead is indestructible. Over time excessive pulling may weaken the products meaning they are no longer suitable to be used. It is the owner’s responsibility to check the item for wear and tear and we will not be held responsible for any incidents that occur.

Unlike our harnesses our Dog Floats are not designed to restrain pullers. If your dog pulls on the lead, lunges or has behaviour problems we recommened you attach their lead to thier collar or harness and not the Dog Float D-ring.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event of your items arriving damaged or faulty or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

We do not refund or replace for general wear and tear of a product; only genuine faults will be resolved after evaluation.   

If you accidentally order the wrong products for example wrong size or colour, Contact us immediately with your name and order number. If we have yet to post your order, we will do our best to amend your order. Unfortunately once your order has been posted, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and follow our returns policy.
